David O. Miller

TSR, GDW, White Wolf Publishing
Science Fiction and Fantasy illustrator David O. Miller has created art for many RPG game companies such as TSR, GDW, White Wolf Publishing, Steve Jackson Games, West End Games and Wizards of the Coast, as well as other genre publishing companies including Baen Books, DoubleDay Science Fiction and Military Book Clubs, Topps and Inkworks.

His early Dungeons & Dragons work includes illustrations for 2nd edition AD&D Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master Guide, Player's Option: Spells & Magic, Rock of Bral, Heart of the Enemy, Greyspace, Dune Trader, The Complete Spacefarer's Handbook, Space Lairs, Krynnspace, Black Flames, The Astromundi Cluster, City Sites, Glantri: Kingdom of Magic, Castle Sites, and many more. David has also created both cover and interior art for numerous issues of Dragon and Dungeon Adventures magazines.

David was introduced to role playing games such as D&D, Runequest, and many others, in 1977. Shortly afterwards he began freelancing as a fantasy illustrator. For a while David also worked as the Art Director for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center/U.S. Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama.

Currently, David operates his own graphic design/illustration studio in Long Island, NY. He also teaches courses at the Art League of Long Island in Dix Hills, NY. His very popular Adobe foundation classes include Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. He teaches classes in digital painting as well. David also keeps a busy schedule teaching science fiction/fantasy themed drawing workshops for young adults at libraries all over Long Island.

David is still an avid gamer and is a part-owner of Dark City Games. Dark City Games publishes old school "Programed Adventures". He's also the current President of the Long Island Retro Gaming Group and an enthusiastic wargame terrain modeler.
